I was passed this link through my Sustainable Ag. Assn. and think it’s a great idea. There are a lot of us smaller alternative farmers out here keeping warm and planning the vegetables for the 2010 planting season. Now would be a great time to try and round a few of us up to donate a portion of our veg to your organization. The only problem is we would need to know what quantities you use, of which veg, and if we couldn’t produce that much ourselves, we would need to be partnered with other farmers growing the same thing. It would be a great way to let the smaller ag groups here in MN to help support our community and provide you with fresh local food. All you have to do is give the shout out and I think you would be shocked how many of us are really out here quietly producing good quality food. Good luck and great job!
